Tasmanian insurer RACT Insurance and Real Insurance are among 31 Australian businesses named in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards for last year.

RACT Insurance was named general insurer of the year for the third year running, while Real Insurance received the risk and life insurer award.

The awards are based on a year’s data from Roy Morgan’s Single Source consumer survey, gathering feedback from about 50,000 people.

Roy Morgan CEO Michele Levine says the winners demonstrate “unrivalled dedication to ensuring their customers are satisfied”.
