AFCA to host two-day members’ forum
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority will hold a members’ forum on March 12 and 13.
The virtual forum will include AFCA leaders discussing the authority’s achievements and strategic priorities, and provide information on industry trends.
Sessions will cover the ombudsman’s five main business areas: banking and finance, general insurance, life insurance, investments and advice, and superannuation.
A 90-minute focus on general insurance will be held on March 13 at noon, followed by the life insurance session.
Q&A segments will allow members to engage with AFCA experts.
