Steadfast Group has been re-certified as a family friendly workplace and has launched a new Work + Family Hub.  

Its certification – from Family Friendly Workplaces – is reviewed every two years and was awarded after Steadfast rated “well above the industry average” in all six standards: flexible work, parental leave, family care, family wellbeing, leadership culture, and measurement. 

The hub is a resource for employees to connect and share their own stories on juggling life, work, family, health and wellbeing.  

“There’s something for everyone, no matter their life stage,” Steadfast EGM of people Ferzana Yale says. "A supportive and inclusive work environment is essential for the success and wellbeing of our employees.” 

Steadfast makes ongoing efforts to create a workplace where staff can thrive professionally and personally, she says.
