Minter Ellison releases insurance handbook
Minter Ellison’s 10th edition of the Insurance Contracts Act Handbook was released in Sydney last week.
It was officially launched by The Honourable Justice Beazley AO, President of the Court of Appeal at the Supreme Court of NSW.
More than 26,000 copies have been distributed since the handbook’s inception. Minter Ellison this year released the book in digital format for the first time.
Like all previous editions, the handbook aims to highlight and simplify changes and developments to the Act, as well as outlining its practical implications for those in the sector, says Minter Ellison Partner and Publishing Editor Chern Tan.
