JLT pays tribute to much-loved broker
Tributes have been paid to Adelaide-based JLT broker Trevor Hole, who recently lost his battle with illness aged 63.
Mr Hole managed the SA financial lines portfolio for JLT, where he had worked for more than 20 years. He was regarded as one of the country’s leading directors’ and officers’ insurance experts.
JLT Chairman Andre Louw told insuranceNEWS.com.au Mr Hole was hugely popular.
“The company is going to miss him enormously,” he said. “Clients loved him, underwriters trusted him, and he mentored junior staff.
“He was a warm human being with a great sense of humour, and he left a lasting contribution.
“He fought his illness courageously and we are all better off for having worked with him.”
Mr Hole leaves his wife Sandy and six children. His funeral was held today in Mount Barker.
