Chubb has become a major partner of the Australian Club Championship for rugby union, which saw Sydney’s Northern Suburbs beat Brothers Rugby Club 27-5 on Saturday at Brisbane’s Crosby Park.

The event is a play-off between the Sydney and Brisbane club premiers, established in the early 1980s. This year the competition expanded to include runners-up from both competitions.

Chubb Country President for Australia and New Zealand John French says the insurer is delighted to sponsor the event.
