ATC Insurance Solutions has added to its construction and plant underwriting expertise with three appointments in the agency’s Sydney and Brisbane offices.

Steven Duong becomes NSW Manager Construction and Plant.

He was previously NSW and Queensland manager for Lumley Insurance’s engineering underwriting division, and has also worked as a senior underwriter for the CGU Insurance construction and engineering division and as a specialist for Vero Insurance.

Shannon Fullen and Kimberley Biggs has joined ATC’s Brisbane-based underwriting team in plant and machinery and construction and engineering.

Mr Fullen most recently worked with Lumley Insurance. As a qualified electrician he also has extensive experience in construction, energy and mining in Australia and Europe.

Ms Biggs has seven years’ experience within the construction portfolio at SRS.

ATC CEO Chris Anderson says the appointments add “significant depth and capability” to the company’s underwriting capacity.
