Damien Kelly has been appointed Sales Director of Aon’s health and benefits team.

Mr Kelly previously managed Medibank’s national sales team in both the direct and broker channels.

He was also part of the senior sales team at GE Capital for more than a decade.

Aon MD Specialties Jennifer Richards says Mr Kelly brings a “wealth of experience”.

“He has led the development of corporate private health insurance strategies and their implementation across Australia, with a focus on client acquisition, penetration and retention,” she said.
