Mustard launches personal cyber cover through partnership
Mustard Underwriting has signed a strategic partnership with leading cloud-based cybersecurity services provider Digimune, enabling it to offer “world class” personal cyber cover to the Australian and wider Asia Pacific market.
Mustard says it is the only underwriting platform in Australia chosen by Digimune to expand its global footprint.
“We are all aware that the take-up of personal cyber cover has long been driven by a lack of understanding from both a buyer and seller perspective and with that, comes confusion and the inevitable questioning of value,” Global Head of Partnerships at Mustard Jon Calverley said.
“At Mustard, it is important for us to build a product offering where individuals and family members can understand and respect the uniqueness of the coverage in place, but which gives the customer an overall feeling of protection, and importantly, knowing it was money well spent.
“What Mustard now has to offer the market incorporates a deep understanding of the product that will truly resonate with all age groups.”
Mr Calverley says Australians should be considering their personal digital exposure.
“We all know digital transformation comes with digital risk. As your public digital footprint grows with new and old social platforms, online banking, e-commerce stores, and other digital profiles, so too does your exposure to possible threats.
“Our partnership with the exceptional team at Digimune provides an all-in-one platform to comprehensively protect you (and your family) from these risks.”
Digimune VP Global Sales and Co-founder Simon Campbell-Young says working with Mustard represents a key milestone.
“Our go-live strategy via a reputable partner in Australia has been a key metric for us internally.
“We understand risk mitigation which is core to our DNA, that being 25 years in cyber protection, and we look forward to adding the Mustard partnerships into our ecosystem.”
