Global broking group Gallagher has acquired New Zealand’s RMA General for an undisclosed amount.

RMA provides commercial and personal insurance, and life and health solutions.

Director Josh Adams and his team will operate under Carl O'Shea, head of Gallagher's New Zealand retail brokerage operations.

Mr Adams is based in Warkworth, north of Auckland, according to LinkedIn.  

“RMA has a client-focused culture like our own and will expand our brokerage capabilities in New Zealand,” Gallagher CEO and chairman J Patrick Gallagher said. “I am delighted to welcome Josh and his associates to our growing, global team.”
