More than 400 authorised representatives and industry partners watched a virtual presentation of this year’s Insurance Advisernet (IA) awards yesterday.

Top gongs went to Chubb as Insurer of the Year and NTI as Underwriting Agency of the Year.

Many attendees watched on with their teams or at various IA gatherings organised to coincide with the awards.

More than $100,000 was raised for the IA foundation and IA MD Shaun Standfield said the night was a great success, if not quite equal to the usual annual gala.

“We felt it important to recognise our partners and AR’s even though we weren’t able to hold our annual conference this year,” Mr Standfield said.

This year’s award winners are:

Funder of the Year – Elantis

IA Region of the Year – Southern

Southern Region Practice of the Year – Sound Insurance Services

Northern Region Practice of the Year – H2 Insurance Solutions

Central Region Practice of the Year – Insurance Advisernet Merimbula

Overall Practice of the Year – Insurance Advisernet Merimbula
