Zurich’s Commercial State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania Paul Skene has left the insurer after less than a year in the role.

Mr Skene joined Zurich in January 2014 as senior marine underwriter, having previously held positions with Australis Group Underwriting, Lumley and Chubb.

A Zurich spokesman confirmed his departure and said the process of recruiting a replacement is under way.
