XL Catlin has appointed Tom Hughes as Head of Marine for Australia and Oliver Miloschewsky as Regional Product Manager Hull and Yacht Asia-Pacific.

“We see a growing opportunity to provide the full suite of our marine insurance coverages throughout Asia-Pacific and believe [Mr Hughes and Mr Miloschewsky] have the right expertise and experience to help us realise our ambitions,” Asia-Pacific CEO Craig Langham said.

Mr Hughes is based in Melbourne. He was previously marine underwriting manager southern region at HDI Global.

Mr Miloschewsky will relocate from Sydney to Singapore later this year. He was previously IAG’s national underwriting and national portfolio manager for marine.
