Insurance outsourcing group Xchanging has appointed Liam O’Neill as operations manager.

Mr O’Neill, who is based in Melbourne, has nine years’ experience in the personal injury insurance industry, including roles at Comcare and the Transport Accident Commission.

“Liam will be responsible for overseeing Xchanging’s operational performance and for continuing to develop Xchanging’s relationships with our customers,” the company says.

Xchanging this year became part of New York-listed CSC following a takeover battle.
