World Travel Protection (WTP) has named Cheryl Hood as its new Global Client Relationship Director. 

The appointment promotes Ms Hood from her role as Client Relationship Director, and she now holds broader responsibilities on managing the accounts of the firm’s global partners.  

Ms Hood has held several roles at WTP since joining in 2010, having also previously served as Business Performance Operation Manager.  

WTP CEO Adrian Leach says Ms Hood’s extensive knowledge and ability to build strong relationships made her the “go-to candidate” for the role. 

WTP provides access to 24-hour emergency assistance for corporate and leisure travellers, and is part of the Zurich Insurance Group.
