Marsh has promoted Ross Hoy to be renewable energy leader for the Pacific region.  

His move comes after four years working in the energy and power team at the global broker.  

Mr Hoy previously spent nearly seven years at Aon.  

He will work with industry players and partners to create renewable energy insurance solutions.
