The Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) has released its expo dates for this year, starting next week in Auckland and ending in Perth in November.

It plans to hold eight events this year.

“We are quite confident,” UAC GM William Legge told insuranceNEWS.com.au.

“Last year was very good indeed, and I see no reason for [this year] to be worse. I think exhibitor [numbers] will be up and brokers will be up.”

The event locations and dates are: Auckland seminar and expo, February 11; emerging leaders course, Sydney, February 17-18; Lloyd’s Asia regional convention, Sydney, March 7-8; Sydney expo, March 9; Melbourne expo, May 27; Brisbane expo, July 20; Adelaide expo, August 25; Perth expo, November 17.
