Auckland-based Target Harlosh has appointed David Conway as Head of Delivery Services for Australia and New Zealand.

Mr Conway previously served as program manager for European technology company Fiserv, where he worked on platform transformation programs for international retail banking organisations.

Meanwhile, in the UK, parent company Target Group has appointed Paddy Byrne as CEO.

Mr Byrne was previously with technology services group Xchanging, where he was head of the UK region and responsible for the insurance software business.

He brings a “wealth of highly relevant market experience” to Target, according to Group Chairman Richard Houghton.

Target Group employs 600 people across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, providing financial software to clients including banks and general insurers.
