Steadfast has appointed Duncan Ramsay as one of three company secretaries, adding to his existing role as general counsel. 
 
Mr Ramsay joined Steadfast in June 2014 after 20 years at QBE, where his last position was General Counsel and Company Secretary. He holds degrees in commerce and law, as well as a graduate certificate in applied risk management, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 
 
Linda Ellis and Peter Roberts are also Steadfast company secretaries. Mr Ramsay’s role addition was effective last Monday.
