Admiralty and maritime law will be discussed at a Federal Court of Australia seminar later this month.

Issues include damages for unjustified arrest, insurers’ approach to claims handling and new approaches to ship and cargo management.

The event, in association with the Maritime Law Association of Australia and New Zealand, is at 5.15pm on March 16 in Court Room 8A at the court in William Street, Melbourne.
