Nominations for Vero’s risk management awards program for this year will open on May 1.

Now in their seventh year, the RMAdvancer awards recognise the most innovative and effective risk management practices among Vero’s largest clients.

“Identifying and mitigating risk has always been important, but in the current economic climate it’s arguably a greater priority than ever,” EGM Commercial Portfolio Darren O’Connell said.

“The businesses that lead the market in managing risk are most likely to remain profitable and prosper in the long term.”

The awards have four main categories: property, liability, motor vehicle and enterprise-wide risk management. Last year there was also a special CEO’s award. 

Winners were awarded risk management consulting hours from Vero’s risk management professionals.
