Moray & Agnew adds WA, Victorian partners

Law firm Moray & Agnew has appointed two new partners in Victoria and WA.

Adam Stevens, who joins the Victorian office, specialises in medical negligence litigation and has nearly 15 years’ legal experience at Avant Mutual, MinterEllison, Clayton Utz, Monahan + Rowell and most recently Rigby Cooke Lawyers.

Melbourne managing partner Bill Papastergiadis says Mr Stevens’ appointment builds on the firm’s “already leading insurance presence”.

“Moray & Agnew in Melbourne has been one of the fastest-growing firms and this appointment adds to this growth while also being an indicator of our firm being such a great place for us all to work,” Mr Papastergiadis said.

Garry Nutt joins the firm’s WA team. He specialises in workers’ compensation, employee liability and personal injury claims.

“The skill sets, experience and expertise Garry brings complement our very strong workers’ compensation team in WA, headed by Daniel Costanzo, as well as our national practice,” national managing partner Geoff Connellan said.
