NSW state insurer icare has appointed Caroline Rockett to the role of Group Executive Digital and Technology.

icare COO Rob Craig had held the role on an interim basis.

Sydney-based Ms Rockett was most recently CIO at Velocity Frequent Flyer and formerly held senior IT roles at TAL and Wesfarmers Insurance.

Ms Rockett “will drive forward icare's digitisation, which remains critical to the ongoing support of our customers,” the organisation said.
