Howden Insurance Brokers Australia has appointed Ashley Grant as Head of Risk Consulting, the business announced on its LinkedIn page.

Mr Grant started in the role last month, according to his LinkedIn account.

He was most recently Aon’s director for global risk consulting and valuation services. He worked at the broker for more than 15 years, leading teams delivering risk management, valuation and risk engineering services both locally and throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East across government, private and not-for-profit sectors.

“We are delighted to have [Mr Grant] as part of the team,” Howden said.

“He brings a wealth of experience to Howden Australia, especially in his understanding of the issues facing our clients and the solutions required to help them mitigate risk and grow their businesses.”
