Gold Seal rolls out new courses
Training provider Gold Seal continues to fill perceived gaps that emerged when the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) closed its education arm last year, with new courses giving brokers more options for achieving continuing professional development (CPD) points.
It says the courses were created in conjunction with Arthur J Gallagher Head of Learning Jason Grieve and are “great for brokers and cover the content we need”.
The new modules are building broker-underwriter relationships; customer enquiries and complaints; introduction to claims services; claims management – intermediate; and preparing new business submissions.
These represent an available 20 hours of CPD. Plans for the first quarter of this year include a further six similar modules representing an additional 15 CPD points.
Gold Seal’s flagship courses have also been updated.
MD Sheila Baker says the new platform enables Gold Seal to build more interactive and engaging content.
