Third-party claims administrator Gallagher Bassett has appointed Aidan Brophy as GM Workers’ Compensation Victoria.

He succeeds Graeme Munro, who left the company last month.

Mr Brophy joined Gallagher Bassett from university 14 years ago and has worked at all levels of the company’s claims operations.

In 2012 he was made claims operations manager, and he was responsible for rolling out WorkSafe’s enhanced agency model.
