Lisa Doran has been promoted to National Operations Manager, Self-Insurance at third-party claims administrator Gallagher Bassett.

Ms Doran has been with the company since 2013, working as service and capability manager, and more recently as US partnership manager.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in workers’ compensation, including 12 years in the NSW WorkCover third-party claims administration environment.

Before joining Gallagher Bassett, Ms Doran spent nine years with EML – formerly Employers Mutual – working as an injury management adviser, a group case manager and a provider services manager.

GM NSW Kate Fegan says Ms Doran’s “extensive people management skills” are complemented by her understanding of workers’ compensation legislation.

“Lisa has an enthusiasm and passion for delivering customer service of the highest level, while meeting best-practice benchmarks and exceeding business objectives,” Ms Fegan said.
