Dual has appointed Mathew Korff as National Claims Manager, taking over from Bernadette Casey, who left the business earlier this month.

Mr Korff, who has been with Dual for four years, will oversee an expansion of the claims team, with the recruitment of two new claims officers.

He was previously NSW/ACT Manager and his responsibilities have been taken on by Northern Regional Manager Craig Wincote, who also looks after Queensland and the NT.
