Catherine Dubé and Cathy Bellenger have joined the board of Assetinsure as non-executive directors.

Melbourne-based Ms Dubé, formerly Chief Risk Officer at AIG for seven years, is an Actuary with over 25 years’ experience in financial services.

She is also on the boards at Guild Group, Challenger Retirement and Investment Services, ACT Public Trustee and Guardian Investment, and Melbourne school Sacré Coeur.

Sydney-based Ms Bellenger is Director Business Transformation at management consultancy Belle&Co and has more than 25 years’ experience in leading brand repositioning, transformation and compliance/remediation. She has advised News Corp, Macquarie Group, CBA, Westpac and Tabcorp.

Ms Dubé and Ms Bellenger join Assetinsure Chair Julie Osborne and directors Donny Gouveia, Chris Old, Martin McConnell, Steven Rankine, Johnny Symmonds and Peter Wedgwood.
