ANZIIF questions young professional on industry skills
The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has invited industry professionals aged under 35 to participate in an international survey on skills shortages and retention problems.
The online study aims to capture the experiences, career aspirations, motivations and professional characteristics of generation Y and X insurance workers.
ANZIIF CEO Prue Willsford says with more Baby Boomers leaving the industry, it is vital to understand the experiences of under-35s “so we can attract, retain and develop them”.
“This survey is a key part of us gaining insight into this demographic and understanding how we can harness its talents and skills.”
ANZIIF members will receive the survey via email, and are encouraged to pass it on to colleagues.
Non-members can find the survey here or email customerservice@anziif.com.
