ANZIIF charity lunch to support guide dogs
The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance will support Guide Dogs SA/NT at an annual charity luncheon.
The social and networking event for the SA insurance industry, which returns for its 52nd year on May 12, will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
All proceeds will go towards helping provide guide, assistance and facility dogs for people with low vision, blindness or other specialised needs.
“I hope participants will be inspired to learn about the support we provide through our clinical services, as well as the life-changing companionship a guide or assistance dog can bring,” Guide Dogs SA/NT CEO Aaron Chia said.
Fundraising activities include a silent auction, a raffle and a “lucky dip” wine wall, while a networking drinks function will follow the three-course lunch.
“Our SA charity luncheon showcases the generosity of the insurance business sector and insurance professionals,” ANZIIF CEO Katrina Shanks said.
“Partnering with an established charity such as Guide Dogs SA/NT is a true honour.”
