The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) has appointed Carmen Keller of Swiss Re and Tom Reddacliff of MLC Advice Solutions as directors.

Ms Keller is VP and Head of Human Resources at Swiss Re and has previously worked for Manchester Unity and WorkCover NSW.

Mr Reddacliff is GM of MLC Advice Solutions and has worked in the industry for 19 years, 14 of them at MLC.

ANZIIF CEO Joan Fitzpatrick says the new directors “will bring new insights and perspectives to the board and further the goals of the institute”.
