Allianz has appointed Adam Farr as NSW State Manager.

Mr Farr has been with the insurer for 10 years, and was previously national manager responsible for cluster groups, specialty lines and sales program delivery.

He replaces Jason Hawksworth, who moved to Chubb last month.

Meanwhile, Michelle Macris has been appointed National Manager Sales Programs and Customer Experience.

Ms Macris, who joined the broker and agency division almost a year ago, will lead a team of specialists in events, communications, customer experience, finance and strategy, project management and sales program delivery.

Both appointments took effect from February 2.
