AFCA to hold virtual member forums
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) will host virtual member forums on March 16 and 17.
AFCA says the forums will enable members to hear directly from key decision-makers and figures across several financial fields, including insurance.
AFCA CEO and Chief Ombudsman David Locke will provide an update on complaints and ongoing projects to improve services.
AFCA COO Justin Untersteiner will also speak on the launch of the member portal as the body looks to provide a “modern, efficient, and user-friendly experience for all”.
Sessions on Life Insurance and General Insurance will be held on Friday, March 17, at 12:30pm and 1:30pm, respectively.
