Ace workers help community projects
Ace staff took part in environmental projects, after-school care with underprivileged children and a “backyard blitz” at a facility for disabled youths during the insurer’s annual “day of service” last week.
Employees in Australia and New Zealand partnered with non-profit umbrella group United Way, donated blood to the Red Cross and took part in a “loud shirt day” to raise money for deaf children.
During one week each year, Ace staff spend a day working with charitable projects in their local communities.
Australia and New Zealand Country President John French says more than 100 workers participated.
