Ellie Cronin has joined 360 Underwriting Solutions as Head of Legal, Compliance and Company Secretariat.

The experienced financial services lawyer took up the role last month.

The underwriting agency says Ms Cronin has managed in-house compliance teams and held senior in-house legal positions with QBE and Chubb Insurance Australia. She was also Chubb Insurance New Zealand general counsel and company secretary.
