Zurich has invested in UK start-up Onsi’s platform to offer personalised employee benefits.

The insurer’s integrated benefits and international life CEO Wendy Liu says Onsi will complement the corporate customer offer and “underscores Zurich’s commitment to a human-first approach to employee benefits, one that fosters personalisation”.

Onsi CEO Anthony Beilin says the insurtech is “poised to create a game-changing experience” for employers and workforces by creating a more “personalised and intuitive approach to benefits. We aim to empower individuals to make informed decisions, enhance their financial resilience and succeed in the rapidly changing future of work.
