TCG makes winning pitch at broker convention
An Australian team from Swiss insurtech TCG Process won a pitch competition at the National Insurance Brokers Association Convention in Adelaide.
Sydney-based VP of sales Jeff Leibovici presented the pitch, which he says was “a true team effort”.
TCG Process, founded in 2006, says its DocProStar platform automates complex processes across insurance and other sectors using artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies.
“Compliance is built in and ... organisations using DocProStar reduce costs, speed transaction times, lower risk and offer greater value to their customers and business partners,” it says.
Mr Leibovici competed against fellow Insurtech Australia members Curium, Evari, Raindrop and Simfuni.
“The difference that AI brings, particularly for insurance, is really around the decision-making process,” said Insurtech Australia CEO Simone Dossetor, who moderated the competition. “There’s a real opportunity to get better information and better communication, which is often a challenge between all these different parties in the chain – brokers, insurers, reinsurers and customers.”
