Qikio Insurance has agreed a car cover underwriting partnership with Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company Australia (Adica).  

The new deal comes after the insurtech arranged to distribute contents insurance underwritten by Chubb a year ago. 

Qikio Co-CEO Jayde Mulholland says Adica’s global insight and quality service complement “our drive towards innovation and customer satisfaction in the automotive insurance space. This partnership with Adica marks a significant milestone in our mission to deliver unparalleled insurance coverage.” 

Adica Chief Strategy and Partnership Officer Nick James says the tie-up will take the insurer’s products to a broader range of customers. 

Qikio, founded by Andrew Carey and Josh Payne in 2021, has offices on the Sunshine Coast and Melbourne.
