Insurtech Mapizy was part of this year’s WA Government Indonesia Connect Roadshow 2023 delegation, attending under the "creative industry and digital economy” stream. 

Invest and Trade WA recently took more than 80 business delegates on the mission for local businesses to learn about potential opportunities.  

Indonesia is the largest e-commerce market in Southeast Asia by value. 

Perth-based Mapizy uses satellite imagery and artificial intelligence (AI) to undertake geospatial analytics to quantify property value and risk, helping estimate accurate housing premiums and notify property changes for automated renewals.  

The platform offers real-time and historical data, enabling clients to analyse trends, predict patterns and improve resource allocation. Offerings also include carbon footprint quantification and vegetation monitoring. 

“It is quickly becoming a major technology hub with strong appetite for innovative products and a willingness to adopt AI solutions. WA companies have an opportunity to engage, collaborate and provide solutions for Indonesia’s growing digital sector,” the roadshow organisers said.
