Customers of luxury goods authenticator Entrupy will be offered insurance for their high-end items through Cover Genius.

Entrupy uses artificial intelligence to authenticate luxury handbags and sneakers. 

Sydney-founded insurtech Cover Genius will offer its product protection – which is so far available for handbags in the US, with additional products and markets to follow – in the purchase process. 

It protects customers if they experience failure during their warranty period and need to repair or replace the item. It covers seam/zipper separation, rips and snags, broken zippers, clasps and handles, and more.
