CoreLogic has bought Brisbane insurtech Prime Ecosystem, which specialises in construction and restoration project management.

Launching under the name CoreLogic Contractor Workspace, Prime’s centralised platform has been expanded to the UK alongside Australia and New Zealand.

“We are enhancing our international offerings by expanding into the dynamic contractor space,” CoreLogic senior VP of international insurance solutions Michael Porter said.  

Contractors can manage a job’s life cycle using the platform, which streamlines collaboration between customers, clients and on-site teams. It also provides a financial and performance overview.

Prime MD and co-founder Paul Brandis, who was previously claims team leader at Suncorp, says document storage, compliance tracking and real-time communication are tools contractors “need to succeed in the construction, restoration and insurance sectors”.
