Time’s running out: brokers urged to vote for Mansfield Awards winners
Organisers of the third annual Mansfield Awards for Claims Excellence have called on brokers to vote now for the insurers they believe provide the best claims service.
The awards ceremony will be held in Sydney next month, and the organisers – Insurance News and claims services specialists LMI – have warned brokers they only have one more week to vote.
The awards are being sponsored again this year by Steadfast and icare.
Insurance News Advertising Manager Madison Seymour, who works with LMI staff to organise the event, says brokers and authorised representatives play a critical role in the selection process.
“Once we have the votes in there’s a crucial “weighting” process that has to be completed to put all insurers and underwriting agencies on an equal footing, “ she said. “Brokers and ARs tell us who the outstanding companies are in such areas as speed of service, proactivity, accuracy and fairness.”
To complete the survey, go to LMI Group’s Claims Comparison survey.
Intermediaries’ feedback is supported by independent industry data, which is collated and weighted to find the winners in personal lines, SME property and casualty, corporate property and casualty, and specialty, as well as the overall Gold Mansfield winner.
CEOs, claims executives and their teams are already securing tickets to attend the awards event at the Establishment Ballroom in Sydney on Thursday, July 25. Tickets are available at www.mansfieldawards.com.
