Steadfast promotes projects head to COO
Steadfast’s EGM Projects, Brand and People Samantha Hollman has been promoted to COO.
She replaces Dana Williams, who has resigned to return to Canada where she will pursue an international executive career.
Ms Hollman joined Steadfast in 2000 as a broker services manager and has 20 years’ experience in insurance.
In her previous role she oversaw human resources and marketing, and implemented strategic initiatives for the broker group.
Before that she held executive roles in broker services, project management, and marketing and communications.
Ms Williams joined Steadfast in January 2014 and became COO six months later. She oversaw numerous accretive acquisitions and helped Steadfast brokers improve operational efficiency.
MD and CEO Robert Kelly says Ms Hollman has “significant experience” and a thorough understanding of the business.
“I look forward to continuing to work closely with Samantha in her new role,” he said.
“Samantha’s promotion will support our key strategies including, firstly, seeking to buy, merge and hub brokers from inside and outside our network, and, secondly, assisting the network brokers to grow, reduce costs and improve their back offices.”
