Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia has announced the resignation of General Counsel and Company Secretary Jonathan Downes.

CFO Luke Oxenham has taken on the Company Secretary role, with Corporate Counsel Brady Weissel as Assistant Company Secretary.

The changes take effect immediately.

A Genworth spokesman told insuranceNEWS.com.au the general counsel position remains vacant pending the appointment of a replacement for Mr Downes.
