Crawford Drone takes to the skies
Crawford & Company’s nationwide drone service is now off the ground, with the group promising a “game-changer” in catastrophe and operational claims management.
Crawford Drone is supported by a network of 40 accredited pilots equipped to take real-time aerial video and high-resolution images of post-catastrophe damage.
“Drones can help improve the quality of assessments and result in faster claims decisions… and reduce the cost of the process,” National Business Development Manager Darren Trott told insuranceNEWS.com.au. “It’s a game-changer.”
Crawford & Company has produced a YouTube video promoting the service.
Aerial images of floods, damaged crops and buildings, and burned structures are among the examples used to illustrate the advantages of drones.
