New Zealand underwriting agency Ando says it will use Claim Central Consolidated’s ClaimLogik technology to “revolutionise” its property claims process.

The partnership is part of Ando’s broader strategy to enhance efficiencies and transform claims management through digitalisation, which CEO John Lyon describes as “critical”.

ClaimLogik enables insurers, brokers and policyholders to connect with assessors, builders and emergency services on a single platform.

Ando was established in February last year in partnership with Hollard.
