Allianz will underwrite Dawes Underwriting Australia’s specialist motor products from May 1 under a new partnership with the Steadfast-owned agency.

“We are excited to strengthen our relationship with the Steadfast Group with the addition of our new underwriting agency partner Dawes, and look forward to a successful partnership that will deliver profitable growth to both parties,” Allianz Chief GM Broker and Agency David Hosking said.

The partnership applies to new business and renewal transactions, and marks the end of Dawes’ arrangement with Great Lakes Australia.

Dawes specialises in prestige, exotic, high-performance and specialist cars, and high-end bikes.
