QBE appoints marine manager
QBE has appointed Tim Air to the newly created role of National Manager Marine Specialty Risks.
Mr Air was previously marine underwriting manager for Victoria and Tasmania.

Mr Air joined QBE in 2011 and has more than 25 years’ experience in the marine insurance market, working across underwriting, claims and sales.
GM Specialty Chris Harnett says he is proud to promote a new leader from within.
“His expertise will be key as we continue to focus on our existing partnerships and develop growth opportunities in the marine insurance space.”
Mr Air began his new position last week, based in Melbourne.
