WTW makes risk and broking leadership changes
Global broker WTW has made key appointments to its risk and broking leadership team.
Lucy Clarke, most recently Marsh specialty and global placement president, has become risk and broking president.
Global head of risk and broking Adam Garrard has become risk and broking chair.
Ms Clarke is responsible for day-to-day financial and operational management and growth of the risk and broking business, and reports to CEO Carl Hess.
WTW says she brings “deep” industry experience gained over a 25-year career.
“Lucy’s addition to WTW further strengthens our risk and broking leadership team,” Mr Hess said. “I know she will help us relentlessly drive our strategic priorities forward and further enhance our specialisation, digitisation and optimisation capabilities.”
Mr Garrard says Ms Clarke has “extraordinary market presence, a proven track record of delivering results and an intense focus on talent”.
